2 cups mixed fruit
1lb self raising flour
6 oz margarine
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
lemon essence
1 cup sugar
Rub margarine into flour, add sugar and fruit, then put lemon and eggs in with enough milk (slightly less than 1/4 cup) to make a STIFF dough.
Hand-shape dough into buns and place on a greased tray or on baking paper.
Bake 16 minutes at 200'c.
