125g butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups mashed, ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp hot milk
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add banana and mix well.
Seperately, stir in soda into the hot milk and then add to the banana mix.
Sift flour and baking powder, fold into the banana mix.
Turn into a greased baking tin.
Bake for 50 minutes on 180'C.
