• Theophora is a New Zealand-based creative studio offering a range of services, products, and content, including (but not limited to) creative services, digital content, domestic archives, and physical or digital goods under multiple sub-brands (e.g. Clotho, Hestia, Melissae, Aphrodite, Psyche). 

• Description of services and products are for general informational and may change over time.

2. Bookings, Orders, and Payment

• Some services or bookings may require full payment or a deposit before work begins or an order is confirmed.

• All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

• A booking or order is not confirmed until payment (or required deposit) is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits for services may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Custom, personalised, or commissioned work may not be eligible for cancellation once work has commenced.

• Refunds and remedies are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

• Shipping-related refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

4. Intellectual Property 

• All content on this website - including text, images, designs, recipes, rituals, and original materials - remains the intellectual property of Theophora unless otherwise stated.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without prior written permission.

• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with site functionality.

• Copying or scraping content for unauthorised commercial use. 

• Misreprenting Theophora or its content.
